Men's Diet and Nutrition (while having spit roast?)

Brief run down on that day:

• Spit Roast 101 @ 1:00PM
• Diet and Nutrition talk @ 3:00PM
• Doors open for Feast @ 5:30PM

We will also have a glue and repair workshop, table tennis, FIFA and board games as filler while the meat cooks. Spouse and family are welcome to bump in anytime after 530pm as we aim to feast on the fruits of our labour at 6pm.

Dinner cost:

• Adults @ $8 (early bird) or $10 (normal price)
• Children under 12 @ $6 (early bird) or $7 (normal price)
• Kids below 6 @ Free
